Stephanie Barnhill Ross

Stephanie Ross has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry. She is a results-focused, visionary leader with documented success leveraging technology and people to transform and enhance strategies, and deliver measurable bottom-line results. Stephanie spent more than a decade at Kaiser Permanente leading critical strategic projects. She also worked as an external consultant supporting strategic and operational improvement projects for large health plans. Earlier, Stephanie was a public accountant, coordinating financial audits of private and public hospital, insurance and pharmaceutical organizations.

Debbie Epstein

Debbie Epstein is a co-founder and Managing Director of The Tay Group, LLC, where she has served as Chief Operating Officer since the firm’s inception.

Drawing on a diverse background in operations, education, and public service, Debbie specializes in building and refining systems that make organizations work smarter, not harder. Her approach emphasizes practical structure, thoughtful planning, and people-first leadership. Whether developing strategic plans, overseeing complex projects, or guiding operational improvements, she ensures that every part of an organization works in sync toward shared goals.

Debbie holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Chapman University. Her early work in nonprofit and educational settings reflects a lifelong commitment to service, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.

At The Tay Group, Debbie continues to lead with insight, integrity, and a deep belief in the power of well-run organizations to drive meaningful change.
